J ob Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and delivering projects of varying complexity within their assigned functional area. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibiliti es:
Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor project progress, track performance against goals and timelines, and proactively resolve issues. Communicate project status regularly to the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders. Manage project risks using quality tools, identify mitigation strategies, and coordinate solutions with relevant parties. Conduct research and analysis to support project design and decision-making. Document and share lessons learned to improve processes across projects and teams. Maintain accurate project records, databases, and documentation. Assign and manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of project tasks. Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications : Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. Experience with risk management and budget oversight. Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
