Perform general clerical duties including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, sorting and filing documents, and scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments Maintain and monitor inventory systems such as iPFS and SAP to ensure accurate data entry and transaction processing Manage Shipping and Receiving Logs, ensuring timely and accurate posting of Post Goods Receipt and Post Goods Issue transactions in SAP Operate MPE equipment for palletizing and scanning products during shipping and receiving processes Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards throughout all shipping and receiving activities Adhere to all safety procedures, including dock door and trailer safety requirements, within the shipping area Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shipping area Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read/write/speak English Preferred Qualifications
