CNC Programmer Job
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team for a 2nd shift position. This role involves programming with Cimatron and Powermill offline, working on CNC mills with Haas controls, and performing value-add machining on metal injection molded parts. Responsibilities: Program new runs with CAD software and run the first part to prove out the programs. Support the production floor by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programs. Work on milling operations, including drilling holes and material reduction, on parts produced by metal injection molding. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality output. Essential Skills: Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in CNC programming with CAD software. Proficiency in offline programming using Cimatron and Powermill. Experience working with Haas controls on machining centers. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with EDM operations is a plus. Familiarity with the types of parts being programmed and their applications in various industries such as medical, defense, and aerospace. Why Work Here?
