We are looking for a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a successful history in managing large-scale construction endeavors, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting quality standards.
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to drive project success.
Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, codes, and standards.
Maintain meticulous project documentation and record-keeping.
Manage change orders, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management transparently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
Strong experience leading project teams, budgeting, and resource management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Deep understanding of construction processes, best practices, and relevant regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
Proficient in project management software such as ProCore or Primavera.
