Design and improve manufacturing processes (FDA, ISO 13485 compliance). Conduct time studies and optimize workflows implement lean principles. Analyze production data using Excel and DOE. Apply TOC principles to resolve bottlenecks. Develop tooling solutions in SolidWorks. Support rapid prototyping. Maintain process documentation. Collaborate with operators through Gemba walks. Work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. Document processes for audits and improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably medical devices. Proficiency in Excel, DOE, and SolidWorks. Experience with time studies, load leveling, and tooling design. Familiarity with rapid prototyping and process documentation. Hands-on experience with Gemba practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with Class 1 medical devices. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TOC. Experience with Mastercam routing. Ability to implement pull systems.
