Job Title
Job Requirements: Responsibilities include the following. Cleans all related equipment and facilities according to the master sanitation schedule. Operates CIP system to clean equipment; including vats, towers, and product lines. Cleans machines and related equipment by circulating chemical solutions through pumps to feed through pipes. Hand cleans valves, product pumps, and other equipment. Cleans walls and floors in production areas, bathroom and breakroom; removes garbage and cleans garbage containers; performs general cleaning in breakroom and other plant areas as directed. Documents cleaning information in work sheets and sanitation schedules. Complies with all company Safety and GMP policies. Other Experience and Qualifications: -Consistent and positive employment history -Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment is necessary. -Repetitive work, ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices will be required. -Ability to read, prepare, and comprehend simple instructions -Ability to communicate with line personnel regarding quality and safety issues. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. -The employee must occasionally lift 40 to 50 pounds.
