What Youll Do: Technical Development & Implementation Design and implement solutions leveraging the LogistiVIEW platform's configurability, programmability, and extensibility Develop technical solutions using strong SQL and Java capabilities Translate real-world business solutions into technical designs Deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions Design and implement enterprise applications with focus on solution architecture Project Management & Delivery Collaborate with teams to ensure completion of deliverables throughout project lifecycles Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Utilize project management tools to document progress and ensure timely task completion Lead solution delivery initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams Client Engagement & Communication Gather requirements and perform systems design as part of project teams Present solutions and communicate progress to clients, teammates and managers Maintain high-level confidentiality when working with customer information Demonstrate excellence in client-facing communication and presentation skills Travel up to 30% as required Mentorship & Leadership Take on mentorship responsibilities to develop technical skills for more junior resources Provide guidance on solution architecture and technical best practices Foster collaborative team environment for delivering technical solutions What We Look For: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years in technical consulting or software development with progressive responsibilities Experience delivering enterprise applications in collaborative environments Technical Skills Required: Strong SQL and Java capabilities : Angular experience : Familiarity with warehouse environments and/or operations Experience with requirements gathering, systems design, development, and implementation Knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, operating systems) Professional Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and propose solutions Ability to work independently based on strategic plans or under general direction Leadership and project management skills Passion for mentoring and developing others Excellent presentation and communication skills What We Offer: Collaborative work setting with knowledgeable technical experts Full benefits with 100% employer-paid Medical and Dental premiums Retirement plan with company match Continuous learning and development opportunities Location: Raleigh, NC area.
