This role is responsible for shaping web content strategy, maintaining product taxonomy, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless digital experiences aligned with business goals. How you will do it: Strategic Web Content Management Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and user needs. Oversee the creation, curation, and governance of web content across multiple product portfolios. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, accessibility, and user engagement as many websites support multiple regions and/or languages. Product Taxonomy & Structure Design and maintain scalable product taxonomy and metadata frameworks. Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure accurate categorization and tagging. Continuously evaluate taxonomy effectiveness and recommend improvements. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Units regarding website strategy and performance. Facilitate stakeholder alignment through regular updates, workshops.
