Key Responsibilities Oversee 3-5 active multifamily renovation projects, including unit upgrades and capital improvements. Develop project budgets, scopes of work, and schedules utilizing Excel and Smartsheet. Coordinate with reliable subcontractors across various trades to ensure smooth project execution. Guarantee OSHA compliance and prioritize jobsite safety. Streamline procurement, scheduling, and delivery processes across multiple properties. Maintain thorough documentation, including before-and-after photos, milestone tracking, and daily logs. Collaborate closely with property managers, vendors, and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Essential Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience in multifamily rehabilitation and capital expenditure project management. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts building codes and OSHA safety standards. Proficiency in technology tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and Procore (or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities promptly. A solid network of subcontractors is highly advantageous.
