Paralegal Position
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to complex litigation processes while supporting attorneys with high-quality legal research and document management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a passion for excellence in legal support. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial preparation. Conduct cite-checking and legal research using resources such as the Blue Book and other tools. Manage litigation databases like Relativity or similar platforms to organize and retrieve case documents. Coordinate document production and filing through court-mandated systems, including PACER and e-filing platforms. Prepare and maintain case files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Handle administrative office tasks, such as scheduling, docketing, and correspondence. Summarize depositions and other legal proceedings to assist attorneys in case preparation. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate required. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal in litigation. Proficiency in trial preparation, discovery processes, and deposition summaries. Advanced knowledge of e-filing systems, PACER, and document management software. Strong understanding of legal citation formats, including the Blue Book. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines. Familiarity with Relativity or other litigation database tools preferred.
