Systems Administrator
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Systems Administrator. Your responsibilities include building, upgrading, configuring, provisioning, installing, and administering Windows servers from scratch spanning different platforms and configurations. Oversee Windows Server cumulative patch updates and troubleshoot issues with patching. Perform basic monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair of all aspects of servers, operating systems, and hardware. Respond to customer impacting events. Diagnose, resolve, and communicate problems. Perform routine maintenance activities on customer server environments. Upgrade and downgrade servers. You must have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field is required. Ability to follow pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job is essential. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $75k - $77k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
