Summary

The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings, is looking for a full-time Class B driver at our Livonia, Michigan location. We differentiate ourselves through expanding operations, providing specialty services, a large inventory, energy-efficient solutions, and exceptional customer service. We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries
• Transport materials to and from specified destinations
• Prepare receipts for load pickup
• Maintain truck logs and proof of delivery
• Load and unload truck materials when needed
• Possible warehouse duties after runs are completed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Class B License
• Able to drive manual transmission
• DOT Certification
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, climb, kneel, or crawl occasionally
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Knowledge of PVF is a plus

Work Setting

Livonia, Michigan

Monday - Friday, day shift

OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM

No nights, holidays, or Sundays
