Job Title: Sr ,Data Analyst

Location:  Glen Allen ,VA 23059

Duration: 18 months

Pay Rate:  $26.35 hr

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support data-driven decision-making processes, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior analyst's .
• You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
• Primarily work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through complex analysis and 'big picture' thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Apply appropriate techniques, e.g. exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, etc.
• Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
• Work with other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Use various data mining techniques and methodologies to produce analytical solutions required to assist business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
