Job Overview: The Sr. Business/Data Analyst position works closely with clients as part of the AdminaHealth implementation team. This role requires solving data challenges that come with onboarding and ongoing data processing. As a member of the Customer Success Team, you will use your technical skills and knowledge to produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for the intended audience. You will work closely with the core product team on bringing “lessons learned” during client engagements and transforming them into product requirements. Educating and providing technical support to AdminaHealth’s clients to ensure successful adoption of our software is essential. Every member of the team will need to do at least one rotation on the Service Desk to facilitate deeper understanding of the AdminaHealth products. You will need to continue to grow your knowledge in the areas of Insurance Billing and Reconciliation.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Able to manage significant and complex data
- Responsible for gathering and management of enhancement requests from across the team
- Client-facing skills
- Familiarity with software development and the SDLC
- Familiarity with project management
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to other team members and clients
- Must be very detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team player, providing support as needed to other areas of the business

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field
- Health and Benefits Experience
- Insurance Industry Experience, especially billing
- PM experience
- Familiarity with VBA, SQL
- Previous experience with Confluence
