Key Responsibilities: • Lead sourcing initiatives for IT services and professional services • Conduct financial analysis including cost-benefit assessments, budget variance analysis, and vendor spend optimization • Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and KPIs • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and performance metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities and requirements • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards • Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and relationship governance • Prepare executive reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and market analysis • Oversee and project manage controls assessment across XD workstreams Job Overview Employees in this job plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
