We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function. You will develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on product messaging, demand generation, and brand foundation-building. This is a high-impact, player-coach role for someone excited to roll up their sleeves while shaping our go-to-market foundation. This is an NYC-based role (in-person work 3 days per week) and reports directly to our CEO. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to support pipeline growth and customer engagement Own product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy across new features and releases Create and manage demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, events, and email Define key metrics for performance marketing and report on ROI of campaigns Partner with Sales to build and refine enablement tools such as pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers Lead content strategy and development across blog posts, webinars, customer stories, and thought leadership Build brand awareness and market presence via strategic communications and PR (as needed) Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors Lay the groundwork for future team growth and marketing infrastructure Early Success Looks Like Launching 2–3 campaigns that generate qualified leads Finalizing core product messaging and sales enablement toolkit Aligning with Sales and Product on go-to-market priorities You Should Have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in early-state or growth-stage startups Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and translate technical products into customer value Hands-on experience with marketing tools and channels (email, paid, SEO, events, content) Strong project management and communication skills with a bias toward action Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity Mission-driven and energized by building from the ground up Bonus If You Have Experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus but not required Exposure to PR, comms, or brand-level messaging work Working Here NYC-based role Competitive compensation, stock options, and health insurance Commuter Benefits Unlimited PTO: take the time you need when you need it Stipend for at-home work machine and equipment A world-class team of experienced entrepreneurs to collaborate with Compensation The salary range for this role is $150,000–$170,000. This role also offers benefits and equity. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
