Position: IT Business Analyst (Hybrid – Trenton, NJ; 3 days/week onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Gather & Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders across S&D, finance, and pricing to define business needs.
• Automate & Optimize: Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions and RPA workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) to reduce manual effort and error.
• Insights & Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Fabric BI to track KPIs and inform decision-making.
• Enterprise Integration: Configure, test, and integrate SAP S/4HANA, Vistex Revenue Management, Tracelink, and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow.
• Project Leadership: Plan and lead IT initiatives—manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and liaise with external vendors.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar.
• 2+ years in IT/business analysis, ideally within pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Vistex, and Microsoft Fabric BI.
• Proven use of AI/ML platforms and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent.
• Background in predictive analytics and ML model deployment.
