We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff through daily rounds
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
• Monitor treatments and provide direct care as needed
• Assist in policy development and organizational planning
Qualifications:
• Current Ohio RN License (required)
• CPR Certification
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• 2+ year of recent clinical experience in Long Term Care nursing
