Job Summary: Reporting to the Business Transformation Lead, the Business Analyst works with stakeholders from the business units and related third parties in support of efforts and projects focused and aligned with Finance Management of the Americas (FMA) goals and objectives to drive operational efficiencies and scalability, reduce risk, support product implementations, develop and enhance business process management including but not limited to system and technology capabilities, vendor services and tools, data migration and integrity, and project lifecycle support of systems implementations, data solutions, and process redesign and implementation. Major Responsibilities: Elicit and document high-level business requirements and objectives. Translate business needs into actionable solutions and system capabilities. Prepare and present business cases to executive leadership. Build and manage relationships with internal business partners and ITA. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure usability and user experience alignment. Resolve stakeholder concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. Lead end-to-end solution implementations independently. Support QA teams with test plans, traceability matrices, and validation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system and data initiatives. Additional Requirements: Advanced knowledge of Banking, Finance and/or Accounting Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Advanced negotiation and communication skills Effective time management and multitasking abilities Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and apply prudent risk mitigation principles Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and take initiative A true team player and collaborator, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally A respected business partner who adds value to the broader organization A reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, big picture orientation and business acumen Strong use case, business process mapping and other tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus The typical base pay range for this role is between $102K - $124K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
