We are seeking a Network Engineer 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. As part of the SES Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets. Responsibilities

The Network Engineer 1 is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the organizations network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the stability and performance of the network. The Network Engineer works to maintain network reliability, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that networking systems support the organizations operational needs. The Network Engineer will monitor equipment, update configurations, and repair equipment as necessary. Cross connecting patch panels; installing hardware and other equipment Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED Education and Experience: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) B.S. and 0+ Years of Relevant Experience Network + Firewalls and VPN solutions Cisco routers and switches of various models Must be able to configure wireless devices Systems: Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, SNMP, STP, DNS Familiar with operating systems such as Unix and Microsoft Recommended Experience and Certifications

ITIL 4 Foundation Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals VMware Certified Technical Associate CompTIA Security+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA A+ Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Formal SharePoint Certifications or demonstrated experience Additional Qualifications

Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams Strong analytical skills, time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus What we offer
