Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Build and maintain shared AI infrastructure and platforms, frameworks, tools, and reusable components to enable the rapid development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions as part of the Corporate Engineering portfolio. Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and SME advisory to all Corp Eng teams that are developing and delivering AI/ML and agentic solutions and applications for business. Build and maintain relationships with other senior executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs. Ensure delivery of the Corporate Engineering organization to meet needs and respond with agility to changing business priorities. Drive AI and agentic AI upskilling across Corp Engineering through training, workshops, and curated resources. Provide ad-hoc development support to high-impact Corp Engineering use cases or value streams for high-priority products. Preferred qualifications
Experience in a complex, global organization in a regulated environment. International experience working and influencing across geographic and functional boundaries. Experience navigating a dynamic, global, high transaction rate, and matrixed environments of large-scale. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work with multiple business constituencies, balance resources, and ensure alignment of technology strategy with the business vision.
