Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting. Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making. Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services. Previous experience working with a Private Equity backed company. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Employment details
