Role Summary
Seeking an accomplished React Native Frontend Developer with 10+ years of experience in mobile and web application development. The ideal candidate will architect, develop, and deliver robust, scalable cross-platform mobile applications for high-profile projects, mentoring junior developers and leading frontend technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and build advanced React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Lead UI/UX implementation to ensure pixel-perfect mobile interfaces and seamless interactive experiences.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement best practices for code quality and speed.
Collaborate with designers, back-end, and full-stack engineers for integrated product delivery.
Ensure security standards, testing, code reviews, and documentation compliance across all projects.
Integrate apps with APIs and third-party libraries, maintaining state and data management using Redux, MobX, or similar frameworks.
Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and React Native advancements, championing innovation within the team.
Mentor junior engineers, contribute to agile planning, and lead technical discussions.
Manage mobile app deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and app store submissions as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
10+ years' professional experience in frontend development, including 5+ years with React Native in cross-platform mobile development.
Extensive hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native framework, Redux/MobX, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong knowledge of API integration (RESTful, GraphQL) and offline storage methodologies.
Experience with native mobile modules, mobile databases (SQLite, Realm, Firebase), and debugging/performance optimization for mobile.
Familiarity with mobile security protocols and secure coding practices.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Enzyme).
Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, code review, technical mentoring, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Expo, Next.js, and advanced TypeScript.
Experience with app deployments to Apple App Store and Google Play.
