Citizenship and Science Academy of Rochester is excited to announce the opening for a

Dean

of Students

for the 2025-2026 academic year.

We need a professional who will:

•Consistently implement our code of conduct.

•Train and educate all stakeholders about the implementation of the student code of conduct.

•Be visible and accessible to the students and staff.

•Analyze data to identify trends in behavior, make necessary adjustments, and implement an

action plan.

•Identify students with behavior and establish corrective plans for individuals or groups.

•Develop positive relationships with the students and parents to foster a respectful and

professional school environment.

•Work with school counselors and teachers collaboratively to develop and help implement the

RTI process for individuals or groups.

•Support and work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and parents while

demonstrating a professional manner.

Qualifications:

•Master's Degree Required

•Experience with diverse population of students or in an urban setting a plus.

•Fingerprint clearance through NYS Department of Education

Salary Description

$60,000-$70,500
