The Senior Manager of the RTX SharePoint Engineering Team is a strategic and technical leader responsible for overseeing the design and development of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Automate/Apps. This role leads a team of SharePoint engineers and developers, driving innovation, scalability, and secure collaboration across the organization. The manager partners with business units, security, and compliance teams to deliver high-performing solutions that support internal collaboration needs. This team is responsible for building SharePoint sites, applications, automations, and workflows using out-of-the-box (OOTB) SharePoint capabilities as well as low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate. The team is also responsible for performing migrations, administration, and leading major projects. What You Will Do
Lead the Internal SharePoint Engineering team in projects, migrations, service changes, and other standard work Manage a team of SharePoint engineers, administrators and developers Manage intake process for incoming work, backlog, and project assignment Manage/plan feature and capability roadmap for SharePoint Online and OneDrive Enhance and optimize SharePoint Online and OneDrive user experience and performance Ensure services align with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Global Trade policies and data governance Direct team in all functions of the software development lifecycle (estimation, requirements gathering, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintenance) Maintain and measure SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics Lead SharePoint and OneDrive merger, acquisition, and divestiture efforts Coordinate with across DT teams (Architecture, Network, Identity, etc.) on issues and recommendations Interface with Microsoft Support on escalations and service degradation or issues Lead technical discussions with stakeholder/internal customers to ensure project success Work effectively with customers with a focus of timely quality service to the end users
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Minimum 7 years experience with the M365 technologies and/or SharePoint on-prem and program management experience

Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile project management Relevant Microsoft Certifications Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Workflows, InfoPath, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) & sensitivity labels, PowerShell, and Entra ID Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Experience working in the GCC High Microsoft cloud environment Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 and connected services Project management experience with a history of delivering large DT projects to completion Experience leading a team Proven record of working well in a fast-paced, swiftly-changing team environment

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, responsibilities, experience, location, education, and key skills.
