Marketing Data Analyst
You'll help shape how we allocate budget, optimize campaigns, and report marketing ROI, building the foundation for smarter, more scalable decision-making across the DOOR and HelloTech marketing ecosystem. We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind our growth and lifecycle marketing programs. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and Growth Marketing Manager to evaluate performance across paid media, CRM, website conversion, and B2B funnel metrics. Analyze paid performance across channels like Google and Meta to uncover opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion efficiency. Lead event tracking and conversion setup via GA4 and GTM; maintain accurate measurement frameworks. Build and maintain dashboards in Looker and GA4, surfacing key performance trends across web traffic, user flow, and campaign health. Monitor website and funnel analytics to identify drop-offs and help guide site improvements and CRO initiatives. Support email, CRM, and lifecycle performance reportingincluding retention trends, cohort analysis, and engagement insights. Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to support strategic marketing decisions with clean, actionable data. Analyze and interpret results from campaign tests, A/B experiments, and audience segmentation initiatives. Connect Salesforce lead and deal data to marketing touchpoints, enabling deeper B2B performance visibility. Assist in forecasting and quarterly planning through data modeling and historical trend analysis. Bachelors Degree in Marketing 2+ years in marketing or growth analytics, ideally supporting both D2C and B2B environments. Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio for reporting and website performance tracking. Strong knowledge of marketing KPIsCAC, ROAS, CVR, retention, and LTVand how to influence them. Familiarity with Salesforce, especially in the context of marketing-to-revenue attribution. Ability to identify patterns, spot opportunities, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Experience working alongside paid media and lifecycle marketing teams to improve channel effectiveness. Hands-on experience setting up and validating event tracking, funnel views, and marketing dashboards. Analytical rigor and strong attention to detail; you get excited about data quality and actionable takeaways. Occasional Travel to DOOR locations & fairs/conferences.
