We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Manager to lead our current generation patient monitoring portfolio as well as play a critical role in our next-generation platform. This role is critical in ensuring our patient monitoring business grows by delivering differentiated solutions driven by clinical insights to provide impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in patient monitoring and critical care settings. This job is located at Spacelabs Headquarters in Snoqualmie, Washington. The expectation is for 100% onsite collaboration. Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for patient monitoring products. Drive clinical management tools for our next generation patient monitoring products. Translate market trends, customer needs, and clinical requirements into innovative product solutions. Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-market support. Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure timely and compliant product delivery. Engage with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and customers to gather insights and validate product direction. Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions. Partner with engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences. Support documentation and submission processes as needed. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications

Accredited Bachelors degree in relevant study required (MBA preferred). Experience in nursing is highly preferred. 5+ years of product management experience in the medical device or digital health industry required. Experience in patient monitoring or related critical care medical device product management. Demonstrated success in launching product platforms in a regulated environment. Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Experience with AI/ML applications within the hospital environment considered a plus. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
