Travel Radiology Technician - $3,873 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a travel job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/29/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel ey Responsibilities: Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures (angiography, vascular access, embolization, stent placement, drain insertions, etc.) Operate fluoroscopy units and other imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images during procedures. Scrub in and assist physicians with interventional procedures by preparing instruments, contrast media, and sterile fields. Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately during procedures, including emergency situations. Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self. Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and PACS uploads. Ensure proper sterilization and functioning of equipment, instruments, and supplies. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care. Provide patient education and post-procedure care instructions as directed. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT (R) certification; ARRT (VI) or (CV) preferred. Current Ohio state Radiology License (must be active prior to start). BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Minimum 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience (hospital setting preferred). Strong knowledge of sterile technique, vascular anatomy, and interventional procedures. Ability to take call, work flexible shifts, and float to related areas if needed. Preferred Skills: Experience with EPIC or Cerner EMR systems. Experience in Neuro-Interventional or Cardiac Cath Lab a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments.
