What You'll Do With "Our Training and Your Experience" Meets or exceeds sales targets for designated customer/s as results. Plan for, build, and maintain effective relationships with senior executives, key decision makers, influencers, and technical experts across the client organization. Develop and strengthen business relationships with the client's organization. Gains clear understanding of customer environments and builds client solutions in which Convergint can enhance and optimize client outcomes. Assigns priorities to business opportunities and helps create account plans and sales strategies under direction of Sr. management. Exerts strong influence on the customer's datacenter security strategy and purchasing decisions. Works directly and cross-functionally to drive high customer satisfaction among designated accounts. Develops new ideas for expanding business relationships in evolving customer environments. Ability to work inter-departmentally for deal shaping and creative solutions. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the account team. Be a team player, also a team leader, to work closely with the GCDC team, account team(s), CTCs, and other Strategic Initiatives teams across all regions to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction and upsell Convergint's value proposition. Support the development of GCDC vertical effort and advocate and promote the vertical vision, strategy, and the team. Practice, promote and advocate for Convergint's Values & Beliefs. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. What You'll Need Experience managing and growing strategic accounts in data center, security and/or related technologies/services. Adept at creating customer and internal presentations. Skilled at proposal creation. Proven ability to retain and grow existing accounts while optimizing account outcomes. Be a collaborator and a team leader. Support the development of GCDC vertical efforts and advocate and promote the vertical vision, strategy, and team. Practice, promote and advocate for Convergint's Values & Beliefs.
