Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options
High School Diploma or GED
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience

Location: On site The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
