Executive Assistant

In this critical role, you'll act as the right hand to senior management, ensuring seamless operations and enabling executive leaders to focus on strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and align schedules with organizational priorities. Communication Management: Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations. Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries. Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare for, and support meetings, conferences, and events. This includes taking minutes and following up on action items. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, research, and reporting, ensuring deadlines are met. Office Management: Liaise with vendors, order supplies, and ensure the executive's workspace is equipped and efficient. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of executive-level administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with other tools/software, e.g., Concur, Salesforce is a plus. Organizational Skills: Impeccable attention to detail, strong time management abilities, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to work well with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
