Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) !As part of our Recovery Support Staff, you’ll work hands-on with clients, guiding them through their recovery journey in meaningful and practical ways. From offering encouragement and accountability, to transporting clients to appointments and meetings, to supporting admissions—you’ll play a vital role in helping clients build a foundation for lasting recovery.This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to help save lives, support healing, and be part of a mission-driven community.What You’ll Be Doing: Providing direct supervision and support to clients Offering guidance through the 12 Steps in real-life situations Observing and documenting behaviors to support recovery progress Assisting with client admissions and discharges Transporting clients to meetings, medical appointments, and the gym Creating growth opportunities through encouragement and accountabilityWhat We’re Looking For:
A compassionate, dependable, and positive team player Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (12-Step knowledge a plus!) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Prior experience in a recovery or behavioral health setting is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
