Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities As a Business Systems Analyst, you will lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development, and user story writing to support development and deployment of software. You will facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support product teams and product owners in defining the backlog and ensuring the users' perspective is considered. Your focus on requirements gathering will drive improved usability, user experience, and user adoption and engagement. Job Responsibilities Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development. Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support product teams and product owners. Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption. Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories. Document business rules and construct workflow diagrams as needed. Provide consultation on complex projects while considering business implications of technology application. Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional requirements. Conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8 years of experience OR Associate degree with 11 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 14 years of experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or related field. Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. US Citizenship is required. Experience with Agile methodologies. Understanding of forensic and investigative system requirements. Expert-level proficiency with: SAFe Agile framework and practices Business analysis methodologies Requirements management systems Project planning and execution Risk management and mitigation strategies Stakeholder management and communication Enterprise application rollout strategies Desired Qualifications Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
