Customer Service Specialist
BlueWater Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders. Responsibilities: Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders. Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request. Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry. Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear. Qualifications: Associate's degree is preferred 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one BlueWater Federal is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
