Job Summary and Qualifications Maintains appointment calendar Maintains inventory of office/department supplies Coordinates and records minutes for assigned meetings Assists with special projects as assigned Maintains time keeping system Performs clerical tasks accurately and in a timely manner Efficiently manages incoming mail/email Demonstrates customer-oriented telephone skills Filing is completed accurately and in a timely manner Demonstrates objectivity and the ability to prioritize Demonstrates effective and efficient communication process and skills Maintains confidentiality of all employee/patient information Performs other duties as assigned to meet the organization and department needs Demonstrates and models LGMC Cultural Beliefs Qualifications Experience Required: 2 years comparable experience Preferred: AAS in applicable field Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30PM LewisGale Medical Center has provided quality healthcare services since 1909.
