Appian Developer Position
ICF's Digital Modernization division is seeking an Appian Developer to support upcoming needs with federal customers. This division offers integrated, strategic solutions to public and private-sector clients. ICF combines public-sector expertise with platform partners and digital practices to deliver complex, scalable solutions. The company is one of the largest federally focused Appian practices with a deep center of excellence. ICF will pay for certifications, and offers an expansive digital learning platform. Team members are expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise. Required basic qualifications include: 3+ years of experience with Appian BPM 3+ years of experience developing Appian Plugin 3+ years of experience developing Microsoft/.Net 3+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting 3+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business critical applications following Agile methodologies Bachelor's degree U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required due to Federal clearance requirement Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance Candidate must have resided in the US for 3 of the last 5 years Must reside in the United States (U.S.) and the work must be performed in the United States (U.S.) Preferred qualifications include: experience working in the healthcare industry with PHI/PII, federal government contracting work experience, expertise working as part of a dynamic, interactive Agile team, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, certified Appian Level 1 Developer, certified Level 2 or Level 3 Appian Developer, experience working with Appian Tempo, recent work experience on a software development project in a Federal government setting, experience defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations leveraging different architectural views, exposure to common industry platforms and programming languages, experience in Enterprise Application integration (SOA, ESB), experience working with Appian Sites, ability to understand long-term and short-term perspectives, ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements, excellent analytical and technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills. Job location is remote; however, this position requires that the job be performed in the United States and there will be travel of approximately 10% to a customer site.
