Salesforce CPQ Developer

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows. Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, and quote templates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Product to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms). Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications. Stay current with Salesforce releases and CPQ best practices. Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules). Familiarity with CPQ features such as Product Bundles, Pricing Rules, Discounting, and Quote Templates. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II and CPQ Specialist certification preferred). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Git or other version control systems. The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $138,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
