Opportunity

As the PMR Lead, you will serve as the strategic anchor and operational driver of Kohler's Pricing Margin Realization (PMR) function. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of pricing experts across retail, wholesale, projects, while ensuring precise execution, pushing for continuous improvement, driving seamless coordination and delivery across all pricing levers and customer channels. With direct responsibility for enabling profitable growth, this role combines commercial acumen, analytical mindset, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on operational oversight.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that reports into senior commercial leadership and acts as the steward of the PMR way of working across the organization.

Specific Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution Lead the end-to-end PMR strategy across all customer channels (Retail, Wholesale, Project/Deal-based) Act as the day-to-day leader of the PMR team, ensuring aligned ownership, clarity, and accountability across initiatives Translate business goals into pricing initiatives that balance margin improvement with commercial targets Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as the key integrator between PMR, Sales, Category, Finance, Marketing functions and the Executive Team Ensure consistent rollout of pricing strategies across the different channels, internal platforms/software, customer interfaces, etc., with visibility into margin performance Partner with the executive team to prioritize and escalate pricing decisions requiring leadership oversight KPI Ownership & Governance

Oversee development and reporting of unified PMR KPIs across channels and levers Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, flagging trends, risks, and opportunities in realized price and mix Drive discipline in linking pricing insights to commercial actions and financial outcomes Capability Building & Team Management

Manage and mentor a team of PMR specialists (Retail, Wholesale, Deal Desk, Execution, and Product/Tools) Promote best practices, tool adoption, and pricing governance across functions Champion a culture of data-driven pricing and commercial excellence Skills/Requirements

7-10 years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, or commercial strategy in multi-channel businesses Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field (MBA preferred) Proven track record leading cross-functional pricing or commercial teams Deep understanding of pricing levers (price, mix, promo, trade) and their financial impact Strong business judgment with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences Expertise with pricing tools and analytics platforms (Power BI, SQL, Excel)

This means you'll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $158,650 - $206,750. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
