Technical Support Analyst
Location: Cleveland, OH Pay Range: $35/hr on W2 We are seeking a professional with strong skills in client computer support and troubleshooting, capable of providing reliable technical assistance and resolving issues efficiently. In addition, this role requires experience in application development, expanding beyond traditional support responsibilities to contribute to software-related initiatives. A college degree is preferred, and prior experience working in a research and development (R&D) environment will be considered a significant advantage.
