We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with support and assistance in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as addressing customer concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and implementing a solution. Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed. Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Proficient with computer systems and customer service software. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
