NuPath Inc. seeks a compassionate and experienced Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with disabilities. Reporting directly to the Director of Programs, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and services tailored to their individual needs and potentials. The Program Manager will oversee multiple project teams and work closely with staff and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of program delivery and client satisfaction. Design and implement program strategies that align with NuPath Inc.'s mission and client needs. Manage budgeting and program funding, ensuring efficiency and proper allocation of resources. Lead, supervise, and evaluate project team members to ensure effective program delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations and standards. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and external stakeholders showcasing program outcomes and fiscal accountability.
