Senior Salesforce Developer

The Sr. Salesforce Developer will help lead the architectural design, development, testing, and deployment of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud in a Lightning environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and collaboration skills to deliver scalable, high-performance products and integrations that meet complex business needs. Responsibilities include building advanced Apex-based solutions, designing and building intricate workflows, triggers, validation rules, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and scalable Experience Cloud portals. The Sr. Developer will drive integrations with third-party platforms, legacy systems, and AppExchange products, ensuring robust performance, security, and maintainability. They will mentor junior developers, guide technical strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals. Areas of Focus: Development of complex Apex solutions, including advanced trigger frameworks, batch processes, asynchronous Apex (queueable, batch, future), and comprehensive test classes Development and optimization of large-scale Experience Cloud portals Development of reusable, high-performance Lightning Web Components Development of reusable components and framework using OmniStudio Development of sophisticated Salesforce Flow solutions for process automation, focusing on dynamic, reusable flows Leading discovery, evaluation, and integration of third-party tools, AppExchange products, and custom solutions to address complex project requirements Development of integrations with external APIs (REST, SOAP, Platform Events) and legacy systems, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange Providing technical leadership in solution design, including optimizing for Salesforce Governor Limits and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead developer role. Candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in a related discipline may qualify with fewer years of experience. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, Architect-level) are strongly preferred. Critical Experience & Skills: Advanced Salesforce Expertise - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, specializing in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Apex Mastery - Extensive experience in architecting complex Apex solutions, including trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, and robust test classes. Experience Cloud - Expertise in designing, developing, and scaling Experience Cloud portals, including advanced custom front-end development, user experience optimization, and handling large-scale implementations (>2M users).
