Senior Business Analyst
CACI is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to manage the ingest, development, and delivery of new and enhanced capabilities following an Agile framework. You will be responsible for conducting business and system analysis to deliver an enterprise-wide solution on a ServiceNow Platform. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and capabilities. Responsibilities
Serve as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams. Act as the primary liaison for capturing, analyzing, and managing functional and non-functional requirements, including detailed user stories. Translate business and mission objectives into actionable system requirements within a prioritized product backlog. Performs analysis of business or systems processes to identify improvements. Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine business needs. Clearly communicate business needs to the development team through well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the Scrum Master to define Release and Sprint backlogs, assist in resolving impediments, and contribute to sprint planning activities. Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that solutions meet customer expectations and business objectives. Evaluate completed work to confirm it aligns with requirements and agreed scope. Lead product demonstrations to stakeholders, collect feedback, and report on iteration outcomes. Coordinate with program members and stakeholders to ensure migration schedules and milestones are tracked, communicated, and achieved. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial. A willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends is also required. Qualifications
Required: TS/SCI with CI poly required 10+ years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; master's degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience) Hands-on experience capturing IT requirements by leveraging business analysis techniques conducting surveys, workshops, use case and business process modeling. Experience supporting enterprise IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Atlassian Working knowledge of web based IT enterprise systems Experience preparing and conducting briefings for diverse audiences, and writing technical documentation (i.e. SOPs) Experience conducting and leading technical exchange meetings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired: Experience using ServiceNow SAFe and Agile modules Experience with ServiceNow catalog management, and business workflow Certified Scrum Master or other agile certifications ITIL V4 certification Possess high level of organization and presentation skills What You Can Expect

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
