Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity

As an Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer, you will perform routine diagnostic sonographic procedures in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner. We prioritize patient care. Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. Your tasks and responsibilities as a Sonographer include but are not limited to: Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures Obtain high-quality images Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and radiologist regarding any findings, patient histories and test results as appropriate Qualifications: General ultrasound (abdomen, OB/GYN) and/or vascular experience preferred Allied Health degree (2-year program) or successful completion of a 12-month CAAHEP-approved Ultrasound Technology program Valid ARDMS registry required within six (6) months of hire Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
