Component Return Administrator
Our client, a leading player in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Component Return Administrator to join their team. As a Component Return Administrator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting the Returns and Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Provide supplemental administrative support to track open items and follow up with the supply base for both Bombardier BD-100 and 787 programs. Work with the Returned Goods department to track units to/from customers and units to/from suppliers. Provide written updates that can be used to status customers effectively. Communicate with suppliers to expedite returns and raise notifications when returns are not on schedule. Ensure accurate tracking and oversight of components to support program reliability. What's Needed? High School Diploma required; Degree preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and suppliers. Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise. What's in it for me?
