The Applications & Data Developer at Kisco Senior Living supports and enhances the organization's portfolio of business applications. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical systems while helping business leaders and associates gain insights from data and analytics. The developer collaborates across departments to ensure technology aligns with business needs. Key Responsibilities Analyze user requirements to improve or automate systems Design, develop, and maintain enterprise business applications Partner with end-users to gather needs and write functional specifications Support business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis initiatives Configure, customize, and oversee application systems Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support Collaborate with vendors and consultants on development and support Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and quality initiatives Travel may be required for training, conferences, or business needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience managing enterprise applications Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Skilled in SQL and Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills PHP (or comparable), Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, query tuning) SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS (BI stack) REST API development and integration (JSON, OAuth, webhooks) Tools: SSMS, SSDT; basic IIS/web server configuration Understanding of responsive UI and accessibility best practices What's in it for me?
