T-Mobile's Contextual Experience Product team is revolutionizing how we deliver personalized experiences to millions of customers. We are seeking a Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) content capabilities, including the integration of our Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Manager (DAM), along with automating and reusing content across various channels.
This vital role supports our content acceleration strategy, enabling marketing teams to enhance efficiency, deliver personalized campaigns, and scale creativity effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the roadmap for CRM content infrastructure involving CMS, DAM, and templating systems that drive our CRM campaigns.
Develop content capabilities that streamline campaign preparation, enhance governance, and promote content reuse across web, app, email, and push notifications.
Collaborate with internal engineering, platform product, creative operations, and marketing teams to develop scalable solutions that align with real-world team workflows.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements, guiding execution across sprint teams.
Identify and address obstacles and challenges in the content creation lifecycle, transforming them into product opportunities.
Foster continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback, testing, and iterative development.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in MarTech, CMS, or CRM environments.
Proficient in enterprise content systems, able to communicate fluently with both marketers and developers.
Skilled in simplifying complexities surrounding workflows, templates, asset tagging, and content governance.
Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, creative, product, and engineering teams.
Experience with tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful, or other CMS/DAM platforms.
Passionate about enhancing campaign delivery efficiency through improved tooling.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%. Compensation will be based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience. Benefits:
