We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Development Engineers In Test (SDET) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated testing frameworks, lab and testing tools, to perform validation for the release deployment to the security controlled environments. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers and DevOps to investigate and resolve test automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure quality and reliability of each release. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain UI and API test automation for web, desktop, and mobile applications Build, deploy, and enhance test automation frameworks for Zoom products and services Collaborate with DevOps to troubleshoot environment and deployment issues Coordinate effectively with local and offshore teams across different time zones Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab Report, track, and troubleshoot issues found through automation testing Ability to set up, configure and upgrade testing devices including Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, and comfortable with Linux command line Experience with multiple OS platforms including Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS Skilled in automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Appium, Pytest Understanding of QA life cycle: ability to create test plans and cases, execute manual and automated testing Familiar with Git, JFrog, Postman, and UI inspectors Strong grasp of CI/CD concepts and Jenkins Pipeline scripting is a big plus Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Test Management tools Lab admin experience is preferred Knowledge of AWS is preferred What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years of software testing experience (manual and automation) Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and documentation skills Fast learner with self-initiative and a proactive mindset Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Experience in FedRAMP or government environments is preferred Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $87,600.00 Maximum: $186,000.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
