THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Digital Merchandising Specialist is responsible for assisting the Digital Merchandising team in the delivery of supporting and executing the online merchandising strategy. This role will assist the team to merchandise the site to create an experience that is easy to shop and is relevant. They will play a key role in driving online sales and improving the customer journey through strategic content placement, optimized search experiences and personalization. This position will partner with cross-functional partners including merchandising, digital product, creative design, customer marketing and development operations teams. The position will report to the Senior Digital Merchandiser. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage homepage wireframe creation. Assist the Digital Merchandiser to ensure completion for creative turnover. Assist with weekly homepage process build and execution. Assist with facilitating and lead homepage meetings when needed. Assist with pulling daily homepage screenshots across site versions. Proof weekly homepage changes to identify and communicate outstanding issues. Assist with pulling daily homepage screenshots across site versions. Assist the Digital Merchandiser lead with execution and support for various events and site exposures. Assist in creation of featured landing pages for email, homepage, event and integrated/digital. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with QA testing on new capabilities and enhancements. Perform regular business validation testing to ensure accurate placement of personalized experiences across devices. Pull performance data using Adobe Analytics to inform site merchandising decisions. Utilize personalization tool to support dynamic content and product recommendations. Research trends, opportunities, and competitors to discover new ways to improve customer experience within assigned product categories. Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify best-in class merchandising and search. Continuous Improvement: Complete on-going training and development courses supported by the HR Training Team or the Merchandise Operations Training Team. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: 1-2 yrs relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail. Effective cross-functional collaboration skills. Outstanding communication, organization, time management and people skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done. Initiative-taking and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Efficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint. CMS System, Adobe and Monday.com experience a plus.
