Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the Post-Launch Product Performance Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of our product portfolio. This role is responsible for the end-to-end analysis of product performance after launch, transforming complex data into strategic narratives. Your work will directly inform and establish a critical feedback loop for our product development roadmap, ensuring future devices are built to meet and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of post-launch performance for our products; this includes gathering and synthesizing feedback from a wide range of sources, including sales data, customer feedback, online reviews, social media channels, CXO and field reports Data Storytelling: Translate complex data and qualitative feedback into compelling narratives and presentations for product teams and senior leadership; your primary objective will be to communicate key insights, pain points, and opportunities in a clear, digestible format that drives decision-making Strategic Feedback Loop: Establish and formalize a continuous feedback loop that funnels post-launch insights directly into the product requirements and roadmap development for the next generation of our portfolio; you will serve as a key advocate for internal stakeholders, driving product enhancements and new features based on data-driven evidence Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Boost Mobile teams and channel partners to ensure that feedback is understood and prioritized in the product development cycle Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience: 57 years of experience in Consumer Wireless, Product Analytics, Consumer Insights, Mobile UX, or a related field Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with Android operating systems and products Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources, such as Gemini and other AI-based tools Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to translate data into a clear story and recommendation Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable Salary Ranges Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
